Cancellation Policy

Because we only have a small number of rooms we regret it is necessary to impose cancellation charges. We require a deposit equal to 50% of the first night's stay at the time of booking either by credit/debit card, UK cheque or Travellers cheque. In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to withhold the deposit and to make a full charge for the reservation if we are unable to re-let the room(s). Deposits will be refunded if 21 days notice is received.

Arrival & Departure Times

Arrival times are normally between 5pm - 6 pm in the evening but this changes to 4 pm in the darker months. If you have to arrive earlier for a wedding etc, do please let us know so we can guarantee someone is around to allow you access. Also, if your journey is delayed or even if you plan to arrive earlier than expected, please let us know, as we do like to be in our clean clothes within the house to welcome you. Farm life can be so unpredictable with so many animals on the premises we can often be called away at a moment's notice.

Checkout time is 10 am on day of departure. There is some flexibility with late check-outs but do check with us first.
